My clients usually email me about issues when they encounter them and often can't be bothered entering them in a ticket system. Currently codebase raises these tickets as me but I would like to have these tickets marked as created by the client who emailed me.
 
If code-base could recognise email forwards and somehow note that the ticket was received from the original user that would be a nice feature.

    aTech already have something like this in Sirpotly, so it's definitely possible :)
