I know you can open a ticket against an exception to track its resolution in detail but often that's overkill, although you still want to leave a brief comment about it's resolution (e.g. why it happened and which commit fixed it).
An optional comment field when marking an exception as resolved would be useful as a historical record, displayed with the resolved exception, when a full ticket isn't needed.
(Detecting a commit hash in the comment and automatically linking it into the project's repo (if Codebase is used as the repo) would be a bonus!)
