Right now the default view of tickets is just a list. It's mostly useless *until* you click into the ticket to see details. Even more so, if you've applied a filter you'll lose the filtered view *unless* you hit "back to list".
Tickets can't be organized by users priority or anything unless you go into Kanban mode. But in order to do so, you have to click a tiny link at the bottom of the screen.
It'd be nice if Kanban mode could be set via a default settings or an option to always view in Kanban mode so we can really get the most out of tickets in an active project.
