Adding Custom Fields

It would be cool if we can add custom ticket fields to code base organizational objects for tickets. This will allow users to create custom workflows.
At present in codebase I find you can only have pre-fixed ticket fields as project defaults. Many times you will have a situation in the projects where you would like to add a custom ticket field for creating your own custom workflow.

  • This is something I would also be very keen on. Currently we are looking for a way to assign a User as having overall responsibility for a ticket, regardless of who it is currently with, and having the option to add an additional User drop down field would easily overcome this.
