Our team would like to receive notifications when a ticket is updated, but not when time is added to a ticket.
This is because our inboxes get flooded with time notifications as team members track their time against tickets. This results in useful notifications (e.g. when a text note is added to a ticket or assigned to someone) getting lost or overlooked.
I realise we can enable/disable time-slip notifications, but that doesn't affect time when added to tickets.
I would suggest either:
1) Allow types of ticket updates to be set to trigger a notification (Y/N)
or perhaps more simply:
2) Get the time-slip notification setting to apply to when time is added via a ticket
