I wonder if there is (or could be) some way to distinguish between type of ticket updates. The developers on my team want to be notified of comments left on tickets, but they don't care if I change the category or ticket type, or add another tag. They've started turning off notifications entirely because they view it as spam. It'd be nice to set notifications according to whether "ticket update" (which they care about) or "property changes" (which they don't).
