Ticket Macros

Hello we currently use ZenDesk for customer support and Codebase for developer workflow. ZD has a nice "macro" feature for managing tickets. A macro is a definition for applying changes to a ticket. For example I may want to send a ticket to the testing department. I could define a macro to set the status to "QA", the assignee to "Mister Tester" and add a comment "Ready for testing".
