Relate Webhook POST Trigger to Repo Path

Currently Deploy only respects a POST request and triggers a deployment when the branch matches, and it's not possible to match by a particular path.

For example: I have two subfolders named "/SUBFOLDER A" and "/SUBFOLDER B." I also have two servers with webhooks, one which is set to pull content from /SUBFOLDER A and the other is set to pull content from /SUBFOLDER B. If I update one file in SUBFOLDER A, the deploy process initiates on both server instead of the one server that's relates to the subfolder where I made the change.

This is a huge problem for one project that has many subfolders, each of which needs to deploy to a unique server path. Every time we update a file in one subfolder, all the servers attempt to POST.
