Would be great is there is a button that send the message, resolve the ticket and return to the list.
 
It's one of the most common actions we do, and now we have to click three times.

  • Send and resolve can be done with a macro on a button. Return to list ... unfortunately, not.

  • I can find how you resolve the ticket, but I can't find how to send the message in the macro. Any idea?

  • Nope, that's is not working. That is not the message we write down in the ticket field. We use Sirporty for e-mail only. ;-)

  • Then use a more appropriate ticket variable in the message, e.g. {{update.staff~0.plain_body}}: http://sirportly.com/docs/admin/advanced-features/ticket-variables/#toc_9

  • This is actually possible by creating a macro from a menu (see image).
     
    Just create a macro in the normal way, setting your desired email and status, and then you will have the option to Post and return to list then run a macro.
     
    You could just pop an notice of closure in the update field and then choose Post and return to list then run your created macro.
