When our client signed-in to Sirportly he could only see tickets posted by a couple of users in his company. Anyone can send tickets from the company, but the contacts have to be manually edited by us, for the Client view to reveal all of the tickets.
We figured that tickets coming from any user of a specific domain would automatically be included in the client view.
Could this feature be added to the API as an option?
