Support center: view tickets customer is CCd on

customer A submits a ticket, and puts B in Cc. B is added by SirPortly as extra contact, and B gets all the replies.
However, the ticket only shows up in A's support center, not in B's support center. Is there a way to change this? (Assume A and B do _not_ belong to the same company)

  • I've reported this to SP, it is not possible right now.
    Maybe in future releases.
