When I change my time settings to 12 hour (USA) time it changes it most places in the app, but not everywhere. On the Follow Ups and Details tabs in the ticket view it still only shows 24 hour time.
Also, on the public helpdesk when it shows when a ticket was last updated it shows 24 hour time. As well when I include previous ticket replies with the message updates I send. So it would be nice to have a global 12 hour setting for the software, not just for my user profile. Thoughts?
