Ability to remove attachments from tickets

We sometimes receive sensitive documents into the helpdesk such as Driving Licences/Passports/ID scans.
Once these have been used for a specific purpose I would like to be able to delete the attachments.

  • Similarly to this, it would be nice to improve the attachment control to completely block/strip out certain attachment types from tickets automatically.
