On the categories page in the admin area it would be nice to have the ability to rearrange the categories. This is so that on the support center message page it puts them in the right order.
For example, I have 2 categories: Feedback, and Support. I would like it to default to Support on the category dropdown on the message form but since F is above S in alphabetical order it defaults to Feedback. It would be nice to put those categories in the order of my choosing so users who don't see that don't send the message to the wrong department.
