Ticket Properties

It would be extremely useful when creating a new ticket, that you are requested to enter the company name as there have been instances where all we have is a name and over 100 companies from the same franchise they could be from.
 
It would also be helpful if the company name was displayed in the 'Properties' section of individual tickets for quick reference.
 
On a side note, I have noticed when trying to add the contact number for a new requester from the same company using the same phone number it won't let me add the number in. Is this intentional? If so why?
