We would like to give users the opportunity the rate the service they've received once their ticket is marked as resolved. I'm sure most are familiar with this concept - a day or two after the ticket is marked resolved, the user receives an email inviting them to rate the service they've received, giving an overall percentage satisfaction score along with the option to add a comment. This data is then fed back into the reporting interface in Sirportly to view alongside other metrics, and comments can be viewed as well.
