I want to have a support portal for an exclusive set of customers, so having a password protected area would be great so we could put exclusive and potentially sensitive content on there

  • You can already do this by requiring users to log in to the support centre. All content is private to non-logged-in users.

    Additionally, I have been able to make this process much more streamlined for my users - using the Sirportly API you can automatically log users in - so they click a link inside my app, and it takes them directly to the support site content. However, any other user who does not arrive via the app link will be a guest user and only see the homepage saying content is not available
