As a company with lots of freelancers it often happens that users/staff becomes inactive for a while but we still get billed for them.
It would be fantastic if Sirportly would detect inactivity and then stop billing automatically or give credit. Slack does this in a nice way.
A user could become inactive after he or she didn't login for a while or haven't done any action on a ticket.
