We have a macro available in Sirportly "Create Ticket in Codebase"
It means we can quickly and easily create a ticket in the 3rd party system (codebase) which is where the developers do their work once a support issue is escalated to developers to fix code issues.
At the moment it simply copies the text but not any attachments. The ticket on Sirportly often has screenshots provided by customers as attachments showing the problem/error message.
It would be ideal if any attachments were copied across in the same macro. Savings time and effort on the support desk and making sure dev have all the available information.
