Our team use the "Create Email Ticket" feature often, and we need to send the email to 3 different email addresses. Currently, we add one of them as To (E-Mail) and the other 2 as Cc. This is not optimal, because we have to remember to do this, and it takes time to do it. We also always change the Status to Waiting for Customer and the Priority to Normal.
I was thinking I could solve this partially by creating one contact with multiple email addresses, but it was not possible to add email addresses that are already assigned to another contact. Bummer.
It would be great if there was a way to create a template that we can always use when creating this outgoing emails.
