Implement change and problem management

I know sirportly is sold as helpdesk software and it is great for incident management but have you considered implementing further ITIL concepts. Specifically change and problem management I would say would be the most relevant.
I would say this will enable larger organisations to take on sirportly, mean more revenue as more staff would need access to manage and authorise changes and best of all be damn handy!

  • This is something that's definitely worth looking at in my opinion - I know of one organisation that has discounted Sirportly for exactly this reason :(
